Resist, Persist Cross Stitch

Item: Resist, Persist Cross Stitch. This custom-made 4″  x 6″ cross stitch reads “resist, persist” in variegated embroidery floss on navy Aida cloth. A narrow frame of  felt decorated with embroidery floss stitches and lazy daisy flowers frames the text. In a black wood frame.
Materials: Aida cloth, embroidery floss, acrylic felt, wood and plexiglass frame.
Multiple Available: This item is custom-made upon request; slight variation should be expected although the size, and the Aida cloth and frame colors will be consistent. When emailing your proof of donation to claim your work, indicate the two dominant colors you would like to appear in the work (e.g. “purple and gray” or “blue and yellow”). These colors will shape the choice of felt and floss used to complete your work.

Flash Fundraiser Option: Winnebago Public School Foundation. “The Winnebago Tribe has a field of Indian corn that the youth of the Winnebago Academy bring up and learn to process. This is part of the ceremonies of the Winnebago people and passing on of our cultural knowledge. There is a Green Corn Dance to ensure a good harvest. The morning of August 22, 2019, it was discovered that the entire field was mowed down by a local white farmer.” Please help the students recover from their loss.
