Image of crafter Anna Clutterbuck-Cook.

My name is Anna Clutterbuck-Cook. I am a writer, historian, and librarian who returned to crafting several years ago as a counterweight to myreading and writing life. I currently cross stitch, embroider, sew, and quilt. I founded Persistent Stitches in January 2018 as a way to turn the crafting work that I do as a form of self care into a more potent act of resistance to the GOP/Trump regime.

My ongoing crafting portfolio (and the original home of Persistent Stitches) is #AmSewing. My primary digital home is @feministlib. You can find my other digital footprints at the feminist librarian.

Pronouns: she/her/hers.

I am open to commissions. Commissions typically start with a base rate of $50.00 to be donated to a mutually agreed-upon charity upon completion of the item. Time required to complete the commission varies depending upon other crafting commitments and the specifics of the commission.

I am currently scheduling commissions for delivery in July 2019.
